LIVE AT THE WHISKEY VOL. 2
A Joint Release by Savant Guarde Records and Purchase Street Records
Attention Rock and Rollers and Heavy Metal Maniacs:
Purchase Street Records is proud to partner with fellow New Englanders Savant Guarde Records to release a fantastic brand-new live EP album titled: All Sinners: Live at the Whiskey Vol. 2
This brand-new live release has all the hallmarks of an instant live classic and showcases the group performing an all-out blitz of a set, with songs so well-crafted and hook-laden, you’ll raise your fist and sing along.
All Sinners manage to create modern anthemic metal classics that sound like they belong on that lost ’80s horror soundtrack you partied to in an alternate universe all summer long, where anthemic classics and hypnotic solos follow blistering rhythm tracks and babes with knives for eyes kill, thrill, and stalk the night.
Vocalist/guitarist Mike Golarz has the voice, a perfect hard rock voice with control and class, the guy you wish you had in your band. He really heats up the Whiskey A Go-Go singing tracks like “Into the Flames” and the out-of-left-field fantastic “Rise Up”, an original classic with cries reminiscent of Y&T’s Dave Meniketti on a warpath, with all the class of a modern band who pays homage to the past while owning their own image and style completely.
A fine display of talent from all members; Bruce Morrison’s bass playing on songs like “I’m a Believer” is very reminiscent of backbone players like Ross Valory, just holding down the track so effortlessly and calm-cool while scorching solos fly overhead from lead guitarist Nick Testone.
The album is steam-powered by one of the heaviest-hitting drummers around and a legend in his own right, New Bedford’s Roger Chouinard, a man who obviously had one of the best drum teachers (it shows) and coolest uncles in New England, the drum legend Bobby Chouinard (ever heard Alice Cooper’s “Poison”?).
If you enjoyed All Sinners’ debut We Own the Night, you’ll be knocked out when you hear the guys perform an impeccable run through some of the best songs on their record, including “Rise Up”, which is not featured on the studio release and is a total highlight of the album.
All Sinners: Live at the Whiskey Vol. 2 was recorded 100% live on November 5, 2025, by Whisky Productions and was mixed by Ivo Mattos and mastered by Pete Ubiss, with artwork by Dave Hudon.
The live album has certainly grown in popularity over the past few years since the days of forced isolation, and a new demand has grown for live albums.
All Sinners are the rare band that rule the stage and the studio. They are 100% working-class rockers through and through (emphasis on class).
Make sure you pick up their incredible debut WE OWN THE NIGHT and get yourself a copy of their latest EP LIVE AT THE WHISKEY VOL. 2.
