Despite the extreme weather, EMBR powered through, delivering their signature sound to headbanging fans at the AMP at Jackson, where the festival drew nearly 3,000 attendees by nightfall.

Tennessee Metal Devastation Music Fest 2024: Breaking Records and Defying the Heat

This year’s Tennessee Metal Devastation Music Fest exceeded expectations, with attendance doubling from last year’s event. Nearly 3,000 fans packed the AMP at Jackson, TN, selling out wristbands before nightfall and enduring the blistering heat to experience a diverse lineup of bands. From EMBR’s doom-driven performance to the brutal chaos of headliners Autumn Lies Buried, the festival provided a day of non-stop metal that will be remembered for years to come.

Festival co-organizer Raven Moonla said, “We’re beyond thrilled with how this year’s festival turned out. Every band brought their A-game, and EMBR was no exception. Their set was heavy, powerful, and perfect for a festival that celebrates the diversity and intensity of underground metal.”

This year’s lineup also included performances from Soma Irot, Sun Mantra, Quiescent Mantis, Crazy Mad Ride, H1Z1, Diabology, Illusion of Fate, The Red Mountain, Arsenic Addiction, Violence System, Summoner’s Circle, and Autumn Lies Buried. The festival showcased a variety of metal subgenres, with fans moshing, crowd surfing, and even joining bands in the pit throughout the day.
