On the eve of Cosmonautics Day, the «MIDAEV» project presented a new English-language work titled “Space”. The track, the initial sketches of which appeared back in 2014, gains a visual component a decade later, created by a neural network.
“A fantastic saga, the visualization of the main character of which is almost entirely executed in a silhouette style…” – says the press release from the video author BPS.
“This track is special to me because the idea for it came several years ago, back when I was studying at medical school… At that time, one of my acquaintances, Mark Melnikov, showed me a guitar riff sketch, which was already called “Space” and inspired me to write a full-fledged composition. What began as a musical idea eventually turned into a complete song thanks to his riff. But to make it truly special, it took time and effort: refining the lyrics, melody, and more. Now I proudly present this song to you. I hope it can convey to you the same emotions it does to me. And who knows, perhaps in the near future we’ll be able to perform it for you on stage. And, of course, I’ll be happy to share that moment with my friend Mark, without whom this song wouldn’t exist. Thank you for your support and inspiration!” – expresses gratitude to friends, fans, colleagues, and partners Ruslan Midaev.
“This work continues the steady ascent of the MIDAEV project up the ladder of professionalism and recognizability. ‘Space’ is a bright product of perseverance, self-improvement, experimentation, and undeniable talent of musicians,” comments the VMG portal.
Currently, MIDAEV continues to work on several musical projects, the release of which is planned for 2024.
