Following their first single, “Words I Never Meant” digs into regret, self-loathing and the kind of emotional dependency that keeps people stuck in the same damage. It is a song about knowing something is hurting you and still not being able to let it go.

Winter on Venus bring together heavy guitars, wide atmospheric sections and unconventional rhythms. The band’s sound moves between hard rock, alternative metal and progressive heaviness, shaped by years of writing together and working through material as a group.
