Seethe has unleashed its latest single, “Between Here and Delirium (Lost),” officially out now. Following the recent release of “Critic // Critique,” Seethe continues pushing deeper into the emotional and psychological territory that has become central to the project’s identity.

Where “Critic // Critique” confronted societal expectations and the pressure to conform, “Between Here and Delirium (Lost)” turns the questions inward, examining the uncertainty that comes with looking at your own life and wondering whether you are actually where you are supposed to be.

Have I accomplished what I should have by now? Are my priorities where they need to be? Did the choices I made lead me here, or was I always destined to arrive at this point?

Those questions sit at the heart of “Between Here and Delirium (Lost),” a track that explores the uneasy intersection between free will and predestination. Every decision we make seems to alter the road ahead, but how much control do we really have over where that road ultimately leads?

The song digs into the uncomfortable possibility that the choices we believe define our future may simply be part of a path that was already laid out for us. Are we actively shaping our lives, or are we simply moving toward an inevitable destination? And if success or failure is already waiting at the end of the road, what does that mean for everything we do along the way?

Musically, Seethe continues developing its hybrid approach to heavy music, drawing from the emotional intensity and aggression of early 2000s nu metal while incorporating modern alternative metal, electronic textures, trap-influenced elements, and the darker heaviness of contemporary extreme metal.

Emerging in 2020 from the creative vision of Patrick McElravy, vocalist of 9 Stitch Method, Seethe was initially created as an outlet for raw emotion, frustration, experimentation, and unfiltered creative expression. Over time, that vision has evolved into a sound that refuses to stay confined to a single genre.

With manic vocal performances, crushing riffs, electronic textures, and a willingness to explore uncomfortable subjects, Seethe continues carving out its own territory within the modern metal landscape.

The project has already shared stages with acts including King 810 and Twiztid, while earning recognition through features in Nu Metal: The Definitive Guide. With each release, Seethe continues demonstrating that the spirit of nu metal is not simply a relic of the past. It is something that can be rebuilt, distorted, and pushed into entirely new territory.

“Between Here and Delirium (Lost)” continues that evolution by combining the aggression of Seethe’s heavier material with deeply introspective subject matter. Rather than offering easy answers, the song embraces uncertainty and leaves the listener sitting with the same questions that inspired it.

Are we actually in control?

Are we where we’re supposed to be?

And if we’re not, can we change it?

“Between Here and Delirium (Lost)” is out now.
