Washington D.C. area melodic psychedelic doom metal collective Flight of Odin have released a stunning new instrumental video for “Andromeda,” a captivating composition written by guitarist Tyler Beddow and featured on the band’s ambitious double album I Traveled the Crooked Path, available now via the band’s independent imprint, Riding the Dragonfly LTD.

Blending haunting melodies, progressive arrangements, classical influences, and immersive psychedelic textures, “Andromeda” offers listeners a deeper look into Flight of Odin’s expansive sonic universe. The instrumental track highlights Beddow’s expressive guitar work, taking the listener through moments of delicate atmosphere, emotional intensity, and soaring melodic passages.

“I Traveled the Crooked Path” represents Flight of Odin’s most ambitious release to date, delivering a two-disc journey through shadow, mythology, introspection, and transformation. Founded in 2015 by vocalist and songwriter Xyra, bassist/keyboardist and executive producer Andrew Cann, drummer Kenny Finger, and guitarist Mike Karagiannis, Flight of Odin has continued to evolve with each release, building a distinctive catalog that includes The Only Door, Goddess in Smoke, Tattered Cloaks of Madness, Seance of Hecate, and now I Traveled the Crooked Path.

The addition of Tyler Beddow marks a powerful new chapter for the band.
