Founder is the second full-length album and the fourth studio release by the Romanian Black Metal band WarHymn, scheduled for release in collaboration with Loud Rage Music in the autumn of 2026.
Here’s what the band had to say about it: “The album concludes the trilogy that began with the debut album Gnosis (consciousness), continued with Cult of Primordials (crime and free will), and now turns its focus to the rise of the first civilizations, driven to evolve through any means necessary and fueled by boundless ambition. In doing so, it further develops the original concept of the acquisition and evolution of primordial sin (human consciousness), presented through a dark and occult lens.
This is our most ambitious work to date, both in terms of composition and production. The album consists of six progressive Black Metal tracks infused with Middle Eastern influences, creating an atmosphere that authentically reflects the themes explored throughout the record.”

“Albumul încheie trilogia începută odată cu albumul de debut Gnosis (Cunoașterea), continuată pe Cult of Primordials (crima / liberul arbitru) și se îndreaptă spre ascensiunea primelor civilizații menite să se dezvolte prin orice fel de mijloace și ambiții, conturând astfel conceptul inițial de dobândire și evoluție al păcatului primordial (conștiinței umane), prezentat într-o manieră ocultă. OMNITROCY unveils the title and cover artwork of their upcoming debut album
Cluj-Napoca-based Technical Brutal Death Metal outfit OMNITROCY unveils the title and cover artwork of their debut album, set for release in collaboration with Loud Rage Music.
Entitled States of Conscious Matter, the album was recorded at Liveset Recording (liveset.ro) with Garnoo behind the mixing desk and is scheduled for release this summer.
The cover artwork, as well as the album’s complete layout, was created by the talented Anna Vixie Art (instagram.com/annavixie.art).

Ireland based Melodic Death Metal act BALASHTOTH released its new full-length album Equation II: The Antithesis of Life and Free Will through Pest Records, Metal Ör Die Records and Not-Even-Music.

Equation II: The Antithesis of Life and Free Will follows the band’s two previously released EPs and marks a significant step forward in both scope and musical ambition. The album further expands BALASHTOTH‘s sound through the inclusion of viola and Moog synth arrangements performed on three tracks by Adam Toth (Kajgūn, ex-The Dethroners, Art of Dethronement).
Across eight full tracks and an atmospheric intermission built entirely around viola, the album explores different shades of Melodic Death Metal, from the 280 BPM attack of +Fear + Despair to the old-school Death Metal feel of Self = Dark Side and the doomy closing track x Judgement, which features Adam Toth (Kajgün, ex-The Dethroners, Art of Dethronement) on viola.
Lyrically, the record continues the themes of the previous EPs, but from a more personal and close-up perspective rather than the broader, catastrophic view of earlier material.
