Tampa-based progressive metal collective Apeiron Bound released “Firmament: Redux” , a reimagined version of their fan-favorite track, out now. This marks the band’s first release with their new full lineup and serves as the inaugural single in a series of reworked tracks leading up to their highly anticipated second album, slated for Fall 2026 .
Originally featured on their 2022 debut album Multiplicity , “Firmament: Redux” showcases Apeiron Bound’s evolved sound, blending progressive metal’s technicality with melodic depth and atmospheric experimentation . The song explores themes of escapism and duality , embodying the band’s signature fusion of extreme metal, progressive rock, EDM, and classical influences .
