Richmond, Virginia symphonic metal outfit Symphony of Destiny have officially unleashed their latest cinematic chapter, “The Riddle”, now available worldwide.

The single marks the third installment in the band’s ongoing mythic saga inspired by ancient Egypt, continuing the story first introduced in “Exile of Horus” and “Rampage (Bastet)”. With each release, the narrative grows darker, heavier, and more immersive, pulling listeners deeper into a world where myth and metal collide.

“The Riddle” places the listener inside an ancient temple trial where three travelers stand before the sphinx. There are no battles to win and no way out. Only one question stands between survival and oblivion. Answer correctly and live. Fail and be consumed by darkness.

The track was mixed and mastered by Jack Kosto of Seven Spires, delivering a sharp cinematic production that elevates Symphony of Destiny’s evolving sound. Towering orchestration, haunting atmosphere, commanding vocals, and crushing melodic weight combine into a fully immersive symphonic metal experience.

With this release, Symphony of Destiny continue building toward their upcoming EP Heroes of Egypt, expanding their mythological storytelling while sharpening their identity in the modern symphonic metal landscape.
