International funeral doom collective Aphonic Threnody have unveiled “WHY DID YOU GO,” the second single from their forthcoming full-length album, Grace My Heart, due out August 7, 2026.
Following the haunting first single, “WHY DID YOU GO” delves even deeper into the album’s emotional core. A towering blend of crushing funeral doom, mournful melodies, and immersive atmosphere, the track captures the unbearable weight of absence while allowing moments of fragile beauty to emerge through the darkness.
