Grim Justive rock since 2010.
Inspired by 80’s Heavy Metal and 70’s Hard Rock legends, they tell about the unmerciful fate that
everyone gets to know at least once in a lifetime.
In a still male-dominated scene, the Austrians stand out thanks to the powerful vocals of the
frontwoman Michela. A real treat for those who love Dio-era metal! The musicians
based in Vienna and Lower Austria add a clear individual note to classic and dark Heavy
Metal elements. Get stunned by their strongly infectious tracks and guitar riffs.
In March 2015 Grim Justice released their first eponymous studio album. After an European
tour in 2016, they released their sophomore album The Return of the Flame in May
2018. Their third studio album Justice in the Night was released in February 2023 on Iron
Shield Records.

Quebec City speedmetallers MEURTRIER
release ‘Cri Silencieux’,
the second single off their upcoming debut
album.
Forged in the shadows of Québec City in 2023, Meurtrier emerged from the ranks
of seasoned veterans of the Québec and Montréal metal underground with one
objective: to resurrect the fierce spirit of classic heavy and speed metal through a
distinctly French-Canadian lens.
Drawing inspiration from the savage energy of mid-’80s European and American
metal, Meurtrier delivers a dark and relentless assault of razor-sharp riffs,
pounding rhythms, and haunting melodies, all carried by French-language lyrics
steeped in occult mysticism and epic grandeur. Their sound blends the raw
aggression of speed metal with the atmosphere and weight of traditional heavy
metal, creating a universe both menacing and triumphant.
Following the release of their first demo in 2024 through Jawbreaker Records, the
band returns in 2026 with a renewed lineup and visual signature as well as
their debut full-length album, Messe de Fer (French for Iron Mass).
The current incarnation of Meurtrier features Will Verreault and Martin Paquet on
guitars, Tony Verreault on vocals, Jeff Tremblay on bass, and Randy behind the
drums — a five-piece force driven by passion, intensity, and unwavering devotion
to the steel of a bygone era.
Despite only a handful of live appearances so far, Meurtrier has already earned a
reputation for high-energy performances fueled by the relentless momentum of
their songs and the commanding charisma of frontman Tony Verreault. On stage,
the band channels pure metallic ferocity, leaving audiences caught between
darkness, speed, and fire.
With their debut album looming on the horizon, Meurtrier stands ready to carve
its name into the global new wave of true heavy metal!
Recommended listening for fans

In a world dominated by appearances where everything is designed to please, the easy path is
taken, and individual success reigns supreme. A world where the music industry has turned
into a game of shortcuts, pandering, and profit, where mistakes are forbidden and every detail
is calculated to appeal. In this bland artistic landscape where artists cast aside their values to
feed their egos, the tired formulas of artificial success no longer suffice. This world needs to
be shaken up. This protest against posers isn’t something you read or speak about it’s
something you listen to directly FROM THE GRAVE.
Official release: September 20, 2026

WODOS are a Thrash Metal band from Lévis, Quebec, Canada! The band was created in February
2024 by Justin Caron on drums and Benji Thériault on vocals. They had a few lineup changes before
meeting Mikee Blanchet who became the guitarist and Charles Fortin who is now the bassist.
Their influences are mainly oldschool Thrash bands from the mid-80s to the mid-90s like Slayer,
Demolition Hammer, Sadus and Dark Angel. They are very attached to the DIY principle to keep the
authentic side of metal. They recorded a demo themselves in a live session (February 23rd 2025) and
then made cassettes and CDrs themselves.
Since the beginning of the band, the reviews have been very positive. People like the oldschool
sound, our aggressiveness and the authentic side! Wodos played their first show with local bands on
February 7th 2025 and the shows haven’t stopped ever since! After almost 8 months of concerts all
over Quebec and Ontario, they received offers to play with bigger bands like Chris Holmes , b.a.r.f ,
Genetic Error and the legendary Quebec band Soothsayer! The album From the Grave is about to be
released on September 20, 2026. It will consist of 8 original tracks and a cover of Judas Priest. Next
year, WODOS plan to expand their music beyond the borders, bring back the oldschool and
underground side of metal! Looking forward to making you headbang and never forget: Thrash til’
death!
