Where “Through Blood or Glory” leaned combative, “Solitude” turns inward, confronting a past that resurfaces just as hard-won strength feels solid. The band’s symphonic identity remains intact, but restrained, letting atmospheric orchestration frame the lyrics rather than overpower them. The chorus, “Solitude has forged my strength / But now the past returns to me,” captures the song’s emotional core.

Destroy the Moon’s “Take It Back” is a raw, emotional glimpse into a story of unrequited love. The lyrics read like a memory, an inner monologue looking back on a place and time the narrator would much rather forget. Sonically, the instrumentation mirrors the highs and lows of the vocals, opening on a melancholic tone before building into unfiltered emotion.
