The Cosmick Voice makes its reentry orbit for a seventh season on October 28th. The award winning “indie insider” podcast focuses on the business side of the ever-changing music scene, specifically geared to independent and DIY artists and bands. Becoming the “in the trenches” voice on the scene, the podcast premiered in 2020 and has since quickly positioned itself as the goto place for Rock and Metal indie artists looking to better their career.
“We are back with Season 7, and what a season it will be,” says show co-host Chris Natalini. “As the industry changes on a daily basis, our seasons have changed with it…so there will always be that personal touch on every show.”
Veteran Philadelphia artists and longtime friends, Natalini and Mick Michaels co-host The Cosmick Voice, offering their seasoned experience, unconventional and underground wisdom, musical adventures, and frequent mishaps and follies. Each episode has the duo discussing, commenting, and debating current topics and trends while relating them to common situations independent artists and bands often find themselves experiencing.
“If anything, the show’s underlying theme is an “I Can Do” attitude,” says Michaels.“It’s what we do personally.I believe we demonstrate that with each and every episode. It’s not a winning or losing thing, it’s a doing thing.”
Season 7 will also mark The Cosmick Voice’s 200th episode.
Additionally, the show’s popularity, and often running on air jokes and side characters, havemorphed themselves into an officialCosmickComick book, “Tales from the Cosmickverse,” which is now available exclusively through March Baby Mediaand can beordered directly by clicking here.
Released earlier this past summer, “Tales from the Cosmickverse” is fictional story of the misadventures of the show’s hosts. A limited number of autographed copies by Natalini and Michaels are available.
“Over the last five years we have grown with the changes in the industry and experience them first hand every time Mick and I hit the stage…we want to share that with the listeners,” adds Natalini. “Are you ready for Season 7? I am!”
