Indigenous Atmospheric Black Metal Project Unveils New Visual Chapter for “Celestial Tearfall” Following Premiere Through Black Metal Artists

Southern California (Occupied Tongva & Chumash Territories) – Indigenous atmospheric black metal project NORCVLT has unleashed the official music video for “A Triumphant Warcry,” the latest visual chapter surrounding the project’s evolving sonic mythology and its recently released single, “Celestial Tearfall.”

The new video premiered through Black Metal Artists, bringing NORCVLT’s cold, atmospheric, and spiritually charged black metal to a wider audience while further establishing the project’s distinctive identity within the underground.

“A Triumphant Warcry” captures the expansive and emotionally charged character that has become central to NORCVLT’s sound, combining frostbitten atmospheric black metal with ritualistic ambience, cinematic scale, and a deeply personal Indigenous perspective. The result is music that feels simultaneously ancient and forward-moving, carrying a sense of memory, isolation, identity, and spiritual resonance through towering waves of sound.

“CELESTIAL TEARFALL”

Released July 9, 2026 via Red Nebula, “Celestial Tearfall” serves as the second single from NORCVLT’s forthcoming sophomore full-length album.

The track continues the progression established by the project’s earlier work while pushing further into expansive atmospheric territory. Fans of Uada, Yaotl Mictlan, Grima, and Agalloch will find familiar elements within NORCVLT’s sonic landscape, though the project remains firmly rooted in its own narrative, spiritual, and artistic vision.
