RATTLE BONES “Halcyon Times” warns living in the past comes with a cost

Pittsburgh, PA rockers RATTLE BONES are excited to announce the release of their latest songs, “Halcyon Times” b/w “Dark Skies”.

Warning that those who live in the past are doomed to repeat it, and to repeat it at a cost, “Halcyon Times” is an electric juggernaut of wistful, yet biting lyrics, an addictive riff, and enough hooks to snag a mermaid.

“While we all enjoy a bit of it from time to time, nostalgia ain’t what it used to be”.

“Dark Skies” is a blues-punk banger, with a riff Guns n Roses should’ve written.  Capturing the feeling of being trapped until magically, something appears to free you from this confinement, this gate-keeper comes in the form of travel, by air, land, sea, or by any other means necessary.

“Halcyon Times” can be found on all major music streaming platforms starting on August 1st 2025 along with all of the other stellar releases from Rattle Bones.  “Dark Skies” will be released on digital streaming on September 5th 2025.
