Rickey Medlocke Band Releases New Anthem “Rise Again” in Support of Indigenous Women’s Rights

The Rickey Medlocke Band, featuring celebrated members of Lynyrd Skynyrd and Blackfoot, returns with Rise Again, a powerful new anthem fusing Country and Rock influences to deliver a message of resilience and renewal.

This single is being released through Rock the Cause Records, with proceeds designated to benefit the National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center (NIWRC) in its efforts to combat violence and trafficking against Native American women and girls.
A Call to Resilience: Rise Again represents the latest offering from the band, following their successful single Never Run Out of Road, which garnered over 200,000 audio streams and received coverage from notable publications including Louder, Ultimate Classic Rock, Guitar World, and several major rock radio networks worldwide.

This new release serves to enhance Rickey Medlocke‘s legacy within the Southern Rock genre, bolstered by arena-rock riffs from his long-time collaborator, Mark Woerpel. The lyrics of Rise Again inspire listeners to confront life’s challenges with strength, hope, and the determination to persevere.
