TH3ORY hits hard with “Rottweiler”, a nervous, visceral single that condenses everything that makes up the essence of today’s cyber nu metal: anger, rhythm and impact. Oscillating between aggressive rapped verses, massive choruses and ultra-charged indus production, the track evokes Fever 333, Celldweller, Stray From The Path and even the energy of Mick Gordon on the DOOM soundtrack.
But what’s most striking is the sincerity: behind the brutality of this track, made for the stage, lies a message of resilience. “Rottweiler” tells of the moment when you stop putting up with things.
