Dallas Toler-Wade, legendary guitarist/vocalist and former member of Nile, has released a brand-new playthrough of “Lashed to the Slave Stick” —complete with official tablature now available at DallasTolerWade.com. This long-awaited release comes as his band NARCOTIC WASTELAND prepares to hit the road for the Annihilation of the Wasteland Tour (dates below), with a European leg to follow in November.
In a move guaranteed to thrill fans, Toler-Wade will perform “Lashed to the Slave Stick” and “The Burning Pits of Duat” —two of his own compositions from Nile’s iconic Annihilation of the Wicked —which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. This marks a rare chance for audiences to experience these songs directly from the original composer, alongside Narcotic Wasteland’s crushing set of fan favorites and new material, including “Barbarian” , “Sex, Lies and DNA” , “Introspective Nightmares” , “Coastal Killings” , “The Best Times Have Passed” , and more.
